Biography
Orion Cityscape is a Los Angeles–based real estate development firm focused on thoughtfully designed residential projects that contribute lasting value to the neighborhoods they serve.
Founded on the belief that successful development requires equal parts vision and execution, Orion approaches each project as a complete process — from acquisition and entitlement through design, construction, and delivery.
Our work is concentrated on infill residential development across some of Los Angeles' most dynamic neighborhoods — West Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Westwood, Venice, and beyond — where thoughtful planning, contextual architecture, and disciplined project management can have a meaningful impact on both residents and the surrounding community.

Ariel Isaac Franco
President & Chief Architect
Ariel Isaac Franco is an architect and real estate developer with extensive experience in architecture, urban planning, and residential development. A graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), he has led the design and execution of residential and mixed-use developments across multiple markets.
At Orion Cityscape, Ariel leads the company's in-house architecture and design division while overseeing acquisitions, project vision, planning strategy, and design execution across the firm's development portfolio.
Nissan Franco
Chief Executive Officer
Nissan Franco has a background in law, business, and construction management, with extensive experience in real estate operations, project execution, and development strategy.
He oversees Orion Cityscape's construction, project management, and execution divisions, while leading high-level operational strategy, deal structuring, and development coordination across the company's projects.
Guy Benshushan
Chief Operating Officer
Guy Benshushan oversees operations, entitlement, construction, and project execution at Orion Cityscape. With a background spanning technology, organizational systems, and real estate development, he brings a disciplined, process-driven approach to managing complex residential projects throughout Los Angeles.
He guides developments from acquisition and permitting through construction and delivery, with a focus on regulatory navigation, interdepartmental coordination, and operational efficiency — ensuring Orion's projects are executed with consistency, accountability, and long-term value in mind.
